Our History

SVN | Northern Commercial’s parent entity, Kaiser Real Estate, was founded by Harold Kaiser in 1958. At the start, Harold was interested in one thing: Making real estate personal. This long-standing commitment to our clients has ensured our company’s success for decades—and generations. In 1990, Drew Pattyn spearheaded the creation of a separate commercial division of Kaiser Real Estate Corporation to serve our clients. The Northern Commercial brand was formed to offer a unique specialization for the rapidly expanding Indianapolis northside commercial real estate market. Over the past 30 years, our company has expanded our geographic service area throughout the State of Indiana.  

In 2022, Northern Commercial strategically affiliated with the international company SVN to expand reach, product specialties & tools for real estate projects.  SVN | Northern Commercial now serves clients with real estate projects throughout the United States and in major International markets. Our team works with both investors and business owners who are looking for strategic space to support their enterprises and financial growth.
